The Teesside town of Middlesbrough is known for many things – including its vibrant nightlife, bustling shopping, award-winning university and exciting culture. If you are bound for ‘the Boro’, whether for a fun visit or long-term stay, a well-supplied apartment is waiting for you in the heart of the town.

The business of Alexandra House Apartments was established in 2019 but is run by a sole trader with 20 years of experience in letting out and developing property. Today, the company offers fully serviced apartments and high-end apartments in Middlesbrough for domestic and foreign clients to rent.

What to expect when renting any of these living spaces

Perhaps your heart is set on a leisurely trip to Boro, such as to see a concert or football match. Alternatively, you might be a Teesside University student -domestic or international! - preparing to move out of the uni’s halls of residence and into privately-rented accommodation.

Alexandra House Apartments has accounted for all of these possibilities with its centrally-located serviced apartments and long-term lets in Middlesbrough. All local amenities are close to hand, with the likes of restaurants all on the doorstep and local shops also close by.

The town’s bus station is just 100 metres away, the railway station is 200 metres away, while the university is 300-400 metres away.

Rent from a recommended provider of Teesside property

All of the company’s apartments are managed by a locally-based landlord. Furthermore, over time, recommendations from tenants have been responsible for a growing proportion of the demand for these apartments – with Alexandra House Apartments’ own advertising also continuing to play a part.
